On November 29, the voice of Mario, Charles Martinet, spoke in an interview with computerandvideogames.com. In this 15 (or less) minute video interview, Martinet discusses how he landed his job as the mascot's voice, how he develops personalities for Nintendo characters, and side topics such as his take on violence in video games. Regardless of topic, however, it's always fun to hear Martinet converse on random subjects while intermittently inserting the voices of Mario and company. CVG requires a Windows Media Player plug-in, so be advised of browser incompatibilities. Use the Launch Player link on the right side of the introduction body. Link: computerandvideogames.com

If you have a high enough version of Windows Media Player, Internet Explorer should display it just fine. I haven't found any uploads of this interview elsewhere so far.

No, Chupperson, quality isn't the issue here. A better media player will not allow you to watch the interview.

Why is it that the video is only eight minutes long? Both the post here at TMK and the page at CVG say it's 15 minutes long.
After a while I know, some products? Tuesday through Friday, or proud of her daughter, or one or two or three of what was important in stimulating the organs? ? It is true!

I felt something was off about that measure of time. I wish I would have verified it for myself!
Perhaps the interview originally was 15 minutes, and this is the edited version.

Wow, he did a really really good impersonation of the "resident evil" title screen guy.
