hello. i am lizard dude's brother michael. lizard dudes real name was matthew and we got the horrible news today that he passed away earlier tonight at his college room from yet unknown causes. the only reason i knew to come here was because matthew had a account at www.lastwishes.com where if he died we went to the site and his last emails could be sent out. in the email he said to post here that he died and how he died. the funeral will be sometime next week and i will tell you how it goes. we are all very sad here.

my brother was a good person, why did he have to go so soon?

I'm so sorry about your loss mikey I didn't know Lizard dude as I only joined 2 days ago (when I turned 13)But I have been viewing these forums for 3 years and he was a legend again I am so sorry. He was a great guy and a real loyal Mario enthusiast and if Mario wasn't a videogame character he would be very proud indeed.

No!  No, not Lizard Dude!  Oh man, I feel terrible!  How could this happen?  He was such a great friend.  But at least he could pass away on a beautiful month like this.  Only a fool wouldn't like that quirky and friendly guy.  This is truly a sad day indeed.  Goodbye, my friend.  Sorry you had to go before the next E3.

If it isn't I'll feel bad. But still, this would be a meanly horrible April fools.

Nice try, LD. I almost fell for it, what with your brother and all, but posting your death on April 1st and being that your an admin, you can put 2 and 2 together and realize your joking.

 
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

Ugh, I'm so confused!  At first I believed this, but then I remembered that it was April 1st and thought it was all a joke, but now I'm starting to wonder if this really is real.  I don't want to offend anybody yet I don't want to look like a fool either.  Please tell me this is a joke for crying out loud!  All I want to know is that he's really alive and will pop up in this thread soon with another picture to make us all laugh and feel better.  Leaving the forums is one thing, but dying... this has to be a sick joke!

Is this is real, then is it going to be the site news soon?  Will someone replace him?

Sorry guys, the news is true. I found out the reason as well... too much World of Warcraft. He ended up sitting on his leg playing WoW nonstop. Since WoW doesn't have a /pizza command he was forced to get up for nourishment.. unfortunately his leg was asleep and he tripped right out the window. I am currently filing a lawsuit against Blizzard.

You guys are right this probably is an April Fool's Joke. (A very cruel and demeaning one, if it is.) I agree with Yoshisaurus. Please let this be a joke. I don't care if it's sick, I just hope that our great friend LD is still very well and prosperous.
