Okeydokey, all the votes are in now. Koop has asked me to fill in for him, so...yeah.
Now for the tie-breakers...

If there are more than two options to vote for (as in a 3+ tie), it's asked that you rank your votes. Also, in any of these, if you can't decide, you may make a tie-vote.

Example:
Category 1
1) Person A
2) TIE: Person B, Person C
3) Person D

You may vote for and rank anywhere from 0 to the max listed. It's very flexible and all up to you. If you don't vote in a category, remember to put "did not vote" like before. ;)

As before, you may NOT vote for yourself, nor sig or post that's yours; if you're among the tie-breakers, you must omit your name in the ranking altogether. If there are only two listed and you're one of them, you don't have to vote at all, if you don't want. This is just who you think should win, out of those listed.

Now for the things that need tie-breakers. I'll list if it's to figure out either first or second place. If tie-breakers are for 1st place, the second highest ranking will automatically get 2nd place. Note that some of these categories took runner-up votes from before into account.
