Actually, EM pointed out kirbyman actually joined on Dec 31, but I pointed out he wasn't active until 2007. So, um, yeah, he still doesn't count. Neither does Bird Person for Blast from the Past, but EM knows all this stuff.

     Hello and thanks for voting! Sapphira and I have been working very hard to make this the best awards you have seen... Ever. We have some nice surprises headed your way, but buckle your seat belts, boys and girls, there are a few more twists until this thing is over! Yet again, some of the votes have turned out in a dead-tie, the second-place votes made some categories very close. This is why we need your help to make this tie-breaking round move smoothly.
     In order to facilitate this in the most efficient manner possible, I am going to make these rules simple and to the point.
1. Tie Breaking Voting closes on JANURARY 19, 2007 at 11:59:59 PM, EST. (That is this coming Friday at nighttime).
2. Please RANK the nominees form 1st through last using a numbering system for the Dynamic Duo. 1st would be your top choice for a winner. You may rank as many or as few as you would like.   
3. You may not vote for yourself (omit yourself in the rankings) for every category except for Dynamic Duo.
4. You may submit, if your little heart desires, titles for any of the Dynamic Duo nominees (e.g. "The Odd Couple").
5. For all other categories, please vote for only one nominee.
6. Even if you didn't vote in the first round, you may still vote in the tie-breaker round.
