Find an area with lots of Rotating Blocks. Get a cape, and spin jump while rapidly pressing Y and either Left or Right on the Control Pad. Sometimes you will travel really fast through the blocks and end up getting smashed against a wall, and in certain situations you can even end up in a wall. Ideal course: Star World 1.
