Lead Pokey off a ledge, and he'll keep walking in a straight line, floating in mid-air. On a related note, Pokey will also walk through walls if you can lead him to one. When he walks through the wall in World 2-2, his head pokes through the top; pick it up and the rest of his body will disappear.
