As you complete various tasks each day, you will earn a stamp, much like the first Brain Age. Once you earn your stamp for the day, it will unlock a Brain Age version of Dr. Mario, redubbed Virus Buster. The game is played with the stylus, rather than the traditional face buttons.

Get a "walking speed" ranking and you'll see a walking man on the touch screen. Touch him and he'll whistle the 1-Up sound effect first heard in Super Mario Bros.
