Goggles in Jinjo Village has a squeaky Donkey Kong doll that he never seems to put down.
The worker's quarters in Grunty Industries has two Mario references. Turn right as soon as you enter the room, and you'll find a refrigerator with logos of various Rare games stuck to it, including the Donkey Kong "DK" logo. The second reference comes from talking to Loggo, the toilet in the men's bathroom. Talk to Loggo, and he'll complain that he's clogged up. Talk to him again before helping him, and Kazooie will recommend Mario's plumbing services:
Loggo: I'm all blocked up... Help!
Kazooie: Then call a plumber. I think Mario's free at the moment.
Loggo: I don't think he actually does that kind of work anymore...
