This is the compilation cartridge used in the 1990 Nintendo World Championships. Ninety cartridges were given to finalists, and another 26 gold-colored carts were given away in a Nintendo Power contest, resulting in an ultra-rare 116 carts total.

Playing under a six-minute time limit, contestants started out in Super Mario Bros., then moved on to Rad Racer, and finished with Tetris (you had to play all three games for your score to count). The version of Super Mario Bros. on NWC1990 was modified a little: You have infinite lives, and upon collecting 50 Coins, you are whisked away to Rad Racer.
