Overview

Japan's Mario Kart 64 OST includes tracks similar to the U.S. Mario Kart 64 Race Tracks release. Of course I wouldn't be writing this page if there weren't a few differences! Track #15, "Result #1 (Win)" is over a minute longer than "Winning Results" of MK64 Race Tracks, with added piano parts to boot. Also, the voices of Luigi, Toad, Wario, and Peach in the Japanese release of Mario Kart 64 were different, so the voice clip collections on this CD are different, naturally. The last track, "Special SE," is a two-minute collection of various sound effects exclusive to this CD.
