I still say they should have had Donkey Kong, Cranky Kong, Donkey Kong Jr., and Baby Donkey Kong, just to completely throw off Kong genealogists. Of course, the co-presence of Bowser and Skeleton Bowser is probably mindscrewing enough for now.
Maybe in Mario Party 9, Bowser will be playable and Skeleton Bowser will be the bad guy.

I have'nt watched any of them yet and I don't plan to, But for all I know is that they show secret stuff and has a fat guy wearing a wrestling mask in them.

I'm even more saddened that I don't have a Wii, after watching some videos of MK Wii's gameplay.

Rosalina--...wow, I wouldn't expect her to drive a combat-ready go-kart.
Funky Kong--I don't know enough about DK to have an opinion on this one.
And Skeleton Bowser--Cool, the undead are always nice.
Bowser Jr.--Many people don't seem to like him (maybe because he was introduce in Sunshine?), but I kind of do.

Oh man, I was incredibly indifferent to Mario Kart Wii up until now. Just like Brawl, I have mixed feelings about the secret characters.
Funky Kong: LOL WUT/Epic win
Rosalina: Yes, yes, and double yes!
Diddy Kong: Hurray for the return of DK's little buddy
Daisy: HI IM DAISY was no surprise
Dry Bones: Nice to see him again. He's a decent grunt.
Bowser Jr: Again, no surprise here
King Boo: Him again? At least Petey's nowhere in site.
Toadette: Eh, don't care about her much.
Bowser Bones: Why not throw in Dr. Mario instead? He gets no love.
Baby Daisy: Oh come on now, how much more redundant can we get?
I hear the last hidden character is Birdo, but I've yet to to see any proof of it.

The cartoon isn't canon, and Nintendo didn't have names for them yet when that series started.
His name is Ludwig.

It's really a fantastic and funny game! Mario Kart serie is again improved, believe me!

I'm really looking forward to this game, but I'm also sort of dreading it. I wish it would come out in May because I'm still knee-deep in Brawl. I'll have to try and balance the two, I s'pose. Also, I got this coupon from Best Best where you get triple the amount of Reward Zone points for one purchase during April. I'm totally going to do that. I'm also glad to see that Koopa Troopa is a playable character from the start. He was my favorite racer in the first Mario Kart so I'm pretty pleaesd whenever he comes back.

Hey, working on your English doesn't always make you a better person, Luigalaxy. Take it from Boo_penguin! His clever classic quotes have their own thread, and are made all the more fantastic through their unique take on the English language. So, sometimes "just enough" is better than perfection. At least, when you're looking for laughs.

The weirdest thing that's happened to me in MKWii is I played Mario Circuit 32 times and I unlocked Rosalina.

I know that there multiple ways to unlock Rosalina, but its not a glitch
