One day I was playing Super Mario Bros and I was also playing Duck Hunt. That's how I decided to make the Super Mario Bros + Duck Hunt cartridge.

In school I met a brat who kept telling me I couldn't do things. That inspired me to create Star Fox. I wanted to make a sequel, but he told me I couldn't do that, so I waited a few more years for him to move away before I released Star Fox 64.

Well, my friend told me the Star Fox cast looked gay. So I redesigned them in Star Fox Assault to look gayer.

Gay as in "pansy", not gay as in homosexual.

I just think the design of the cast in Star Fox Assault looked embarrassingly bad (still do, in fact). Fox didn't turn out quite so bad, and Slippy looks awesome (why does the least-liked member of the cast have to look the best?). And after watching Wolf in motion in Smash Bros. Brawl, I've eventually come to appreciate Wolf's redesign.

I hate people who insult Fox. He does look bad, but not like that. He just looks rabid, with razor-sharp teeth and a flattened head.

Who? Me? Miyamoto? Star Fox Assault Fox McCloud? And I'm a Christian that doesn't go to church nor really buy into what the Bible says.

Plus, I like Fox as a character (he was awesome in Star Fox Adventures), it's just I think the cast has seen better days.

I always believed I could fly and use superpowers, but it turns out I don't. So I created Superman 64 to reflect that I'm not a superman and that I always feel like I'm running through hoops.
