Yes, what you see above is custom made Mario Mushroom Drum Pads for Rock Band. There's a good video at the link below where the drummer attempts to go to the beat of "Super Mario Bros. 2" by the Minibosses. If there are any musically talented individuals out there, please let me know if the drumming actually matches up with the song!

The Rock Band Wii came with Mario themed instruments, I'd buy it.
