Hm. Looks good. I like the functionality of the wii-mote in this one. Although it's a bit strange that strikers is the first mario sport to come to the wii. The other sports (except baseball) have been around a lot longer than strikers. I didn't buy the first game, so I might get this one.

Bah, I doubt I'll get it.
Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

This looks like this'll have everything that the first one ddin't have (lots of characters, arenas that are unique, new play mechanics). Bowser's "uniform" also looks cool.

Since my bro loves soccer so much, I'll score a Wii game on him (like Strikers was). Sweet!

Awesome! The first one was great, and I bet the second one will be even better. New tactics, new techniques, new characters, new arenas, as the Guinness guys say, "Brilliant!" (Great, one more thing to add to my already gigantic list for things to save up for -_-').

The good thing is that you can now carry different sidekicks on your team. No more deciding for 2 hours saying "Who should I choose?"

Also, it lets more than one person be someone "cool" instead of all other humans on your team playing as nobodies. :)

Another video is up on IGN. Two more, actually. "Mario scores" and "Creepy feild". Not much to say, except,

1. Why do all the coaches enter the playing feild by falling from the sky? Mario did this twice.
2. The audience looks much much better than they did in the original Stikers.
3. That's all.

This game is an even bigger shift in style than the previous one.

-Everything looks all futuristic. The uniforms, the stadium, even the ball.
-The music is rock-based.
-The characters still exibit aggressive behavior in all the cutscenes.
-The cutscenes between each goal have improved, as they even show the goalie getting ****ed.
-The audience looks better and is more lively (they shouted whem Mario hit the electric fence).

I actually like this change in style. It helps differenciate this game from the other Mario spin-offs, and that falling-from-the-sky entrance thing was pretty cool.

This spin-off is quite different from the other spin-offs. I'm pretty sure of it.

The first Mario Strikers was not so great. So why should I not have my doubts on this one?The only new feature that I like is the fact the Bowser is playable....................and plus its a SPIN-OFF!

The fact that you can use your skill to block Super Strikes already makes it much better.
