What I find most perplexing is how on Earth WarpRattler became a girl.

I'm going by the smile. Looks like a squee reaction to me.

Speaking of squee, back at MystCommunity we thought of this when mentioning squees:

I'm totally crushing on Pey'jina. Hubba hubba:

Warp, i never knew you had a glasses or catgirl fetish.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

Less nekomimi and more mahou shoujo.

And penguinwizard, I'd be more inclined toward these pigs:

Less nekomimi and more mahou shoujo.

Now this I can approve of.

I don't think I've ever seen a pig-girl, but... yeah. *Insert "pork" joke here*

Warp, i never knew you had a glasses or catgirl fetish.
If this is true, I think WR and I can set aside our differences and become friends.

I am fighting a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde-esque battle to not go into Harem mode all of a sudden.

More Muchi Muchi Pork! goodness: here's the video for the image song.

And as I already said, not really nekomimi so much, but mahou shoujo outfits are way awesome. They're like the light version of gothic lolita fashion in that they're bright and colorful, but they're still really intricate and cool to look at.

Speaking of gothloli, Saber Alter gets to wear one of those outfits:

I just want to take this time to say, if it wasn't already clear enough: I love Japan.

That's funny, I just watched an hour of Japanese television and thought the exact opposite.

I've never been one for anime, although Japan's gameshows compensate nicely by practically violating the Geneva Convention.

Muchi Muchi Pork!
Alright; I now formally retract any positive statements I have ever made regarding Japanese culture and/or society. Besides, where's the disclaimer stating that the game is actually a run-of-the-mill shmup which evidently has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ITS BOXART?

On an unrelated note, Black Mage, are you aware that your avatar doesn't show up?

Okay, I must be the only person here who has no clue how to turn on avatars on this board. My control panel says I can see avatars, but I sure can't.

Are they visible in members' profiles, at least? I was under the impression that avatars were only visible on profile pages when using TMK's default theme.

I like how a Shinobu Yagawa shmup and the only game on any market where you play as one of three pig girls and have a special lard attack is "run-of-the-mill."

And penguinwizard, you don't want to turn on the ability to see avatars next to posts, because the only way to do so also adds the hideousness of the Other Theme. They should be visible on profile pages, though.
