in this game is there a way to pick up empty turtle shells like in Super Mario Bros. for Nintendo 64? and if so, how do you do it? also, does anyone know of a free Mario game that you can download that has Yoshi? (p.s.-thanks thaiirin! I beat the 2nd world now!)

There are no ways to pick up shells in that game.

Well, I saw a really funny game called 'Yoshi vs Windows'. I'd provide a link, but I lost the website. A quick Google search should do the trick!
