Whoever made that little movie must not understand the object of the game.

Time slowed and Reality bent.
But on and on the Eggman went.

I think you misunderstood.  IT IS A GAME!  Click on the building if it doesn't start automatically.  Then use your left and right keypads to move the pieces and the up button to rotate it.

Interesting remake, although:

1: there's only one speed
2: only one rotate direction
3: no gradual drop (only sudden)
4: no scoring (score or lines)
5: no next block display

Other than that, it's pretty neat.

Stupid Quotes: (6th edition)
"I honestly don`t see how the Cubs can lose the [National League Championship Series]. I mean, the Cubs are up by 3 games, and Mark Prior and Kerry Wood are pitching Games 6 and 7 at home. As bad as they`ve choked in the past, there is absolutely no way that the Cubs can lose this series to the Florida Marlins."
~Me, failing to see how badly the Cubs really can still choke, even today.

There is an actual building that has Tetris on it, but I thought this applet was better looking and allowed you to play it.  Even if it is limited, it's still cool.

OMG!

I thought it was a movie and the shapes just stacked on top of each other!

Time slowed and Reality bent.
But on and on the Eggman went.

I have seen this Tetris-on-a-building site before.

A man hooked up Christmas lights to circuit boards which hooked up to the computer where people would play. Also, bands played Tetris music to your liking, (mine being Type A and B). You could see the game from miles, too. I think it is not used anymore or it is used a few times a year, but I'm not sure. It would be awesome to show off some Tetris skills in front of a lot of people. :P

Maybe that game you're playing is actually linked to the building and people are watching you play. If that were the case, I hope you don't suck. :P

Ah, man, I'd LOVE to have my 1337 Tetris skills displayed on a building. I can show off my 500,000+ point abilities to a group of people. And the Type A music is of course the best.

Yeah, I don't listen to Type B much. I like Type A A LOT.

Man, I wish I had 1337 Tetris skills.

But I only have 12 Tetris skills. :-P

I wish Nintendo still had the rights to Tetris.  I would love a Mario Puzzle Collection.  To bad they seem to have canceled the GCN Nintendo Puzzle Collection for the US.  Maybe they will have the puzzle games in a new format on the DS.

I made a Tetris applet too, though not on a building.

Tetris by me

If that doesn't work, try this:

Tetris by me

There isn't a high-score system yet.  There will soon be, though.
