The Nintendo Channel has a good seven minute video with the On Tour devs. At one point it had six buttons!

Just announced: Guitar Hero Greatest Hits, containing songs from 1, 2, 3, and maybe Aerosmith and '80s, remade for full band.

Depending on the selection this could be tight.

If it doesn't have master versions of cover songs from 1 and 2 like Iron Man, Cochise, Fat Lip, etc. (well, maybeIron Man is excused), as well as awesome bonus tracks, then I ain't buyin'.

The real question is whether they have the rights to Harmonix bands from 1 & 2 appearances. And if they don't, would Harmonix employees re-license their stuff back for Activision use?

I would have given a firm, "of course not" until the day I saw a Freezepop song in GHOT.

Basically I need the original Hey    :3

I just hope they rechart some of the GHI songs, because they would be too easy with the newer engine. Like Cowboys from Hell would be unreasonably easy.

Sounds most cool, but I've promised not to get too addicted to all the GH... spinoffs (or whatever you'd call what isn't GH5).

What does that mean?

I'm gearing up to do the Bladder of Steel achievement of RB2 (Endless Setlist 2 without pausing or failing, which is six hours 15 minutes of straight playing, no pausing, no failing, no guide button, no batteries dying, no power failure, no bathroom, no food, no sleep, no RROD, etc.)

I've been lolling hard reading all these threads about people just peeing themselves about five hours in because they didn't want to quit and stuff.

Should be a good time.

I think I'm going to wear a diaper just in case.

My only real fear is that Visions will kill me on the 82nd song. I can handle it no problem in ordinary playing, but I'm unsure what my mental state will be like after six hours.

Video tape it and then edit the footage together to show your mental degradation and eventual failure/success.

Make it either a Super Size Me-esque documentary, showing your mental and physical state before and after, or an unsettling David Lynch-esque psychological thriller with lots of eerie camera angles. Or both.

When playing School's Out on drums, I find it impossible to play the choruses without hitting the pads with force that exceeds safety threshold.
