Bowser and DK are probably blocking an attack either by Pikachu (lightning bolt) or Samus (grappling hook), but I have no idea why Tingle's there.

Someone jsut put a pic of Tingle there. He's not really in the game. This is my guess becasue the graphics for him don't like GCish. and I think it's Ness' PK Thunder.
