I like the timing of the game coming out one week before Daylight Savings Time and also locking you out of some functions for 24 hours after changing your system time.

It's clever marketing because it allows you to see the security functions too.

I've been thinking of doing a Nuzlocke (sp?) run in Pearl. The trouble with me being motivated to do it would be transfering my all of my other pkmn to my other game, and also picking a pkmn to travel with.

All in favour of Gilbert Gottfreid playing Professor Oak in a live-action Pokemon film?

I could totally see that working. I don't know whether to be amused or scared..

They need to do this now. I would see it a thousand times over. Yes.

The plethora of online features in B&W is getting really irritating. The Entralink, C-Gear, Dream World and everything related to them are completely unnecessary and only convolute the experience of the game. It's as though Nintendo is trying to turn the Pokemon franchise into a social media platform. This is nothing short of absurd.

tl;dr: Thank the Lord for Action Replay.

I don't know about Dream World, but Entralink and C-Gear are sweet.

What sucks even more is that my DS is unable to connect to Wi-Fi through my router, so I won't even get to experience any of those features.

You can connect through WPA on a DSi or 3DS, if that helps. Don't know why no other DS games have taken advantage of that in the last two years.

Entralink and C-Gear are local, not WiFi, so you can experience them.

Yes, assuming you know half a dozen people in real life who all happen to have the game.

Probably not that hard. It's Pokemon.

You might not think its cool now, but when you get to college, you'll see.

Wow, most of my friends own this game dude. That's more than a dozen at least.
