I need this file to run FDS games on my FWNes emulator but I can't find it anywhere whatsoever! So if anyone here has it please click my mailbox icon and send it to me via e-mail. thanks!

what you didnt buy a snes? and you didnt buy all the mario games for it? tsk tsk...

We're talking about NES emulators, not SNES. NESs and games are very hard to find around this time.

Hmm... yes, the original RockNES was pretty bad... but I actually meant RockNES X, the DirectX version, which is a lot better. I would get NESticle, if it didn't have such an idiotic name. I may be forced to get it though, since it's the only thing I can edit sprites with outside of Tile Layer... and the sprites for Protoman in MM3 are REALLY REALLY hard to change into Bass... and get him looking right.

I have tile layer and it says I need something called DOS32.exe. I don't have it!

I think it's called DOS4GW.EXE, and you can find it with NESticle

Uhh, I have DOS4GW.EXE and I use it to run my NESTicle and my Title Screen Editor. I'm looking for DOS32.EXE

Hmmmm.......my version of Tile Layer came with DOS32.EXE already in the zip. Try downloading it somewhere else and maybe it will have the file in it.
