The official Japanese website of Mario Kart Arcade GP is now open.  The game itself is also out in some US arcades.

In particular, check out the ridiculous item list!

Item list roughly translated by Google here: http://translate.google.com/translate?sourceid=navclient-menuext&hl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Enamco%2Eco%2Ejp%2Faa%2Fam%2Fvg%2Fmariokart%2Fspecial%2Fitem%2Fcatalog%2Ephp

I can't seem to figure half of these out, even translated... urk...
If my son could decimate Lego cities with his genitals, I'd be [darn] proud.

The translation is dumb, yes, but the item list is IMPRESSIVE.
Too much for my taste, though.

I'm not sure because of the translation, but it almost sounds like certain items affect your steering wheel's, uh, turnability, which is very possible in an arcade setup.

I doubt this will ever get into an arcade near me, but if it does I'll play it. What gets better than actually hopping in and driving a Mario Kart? But our acrades suck, so you'll have to tell me.

I saw Mario Kart GP at Namco's Time Out arcade in the mall.
He's back. All you had to do is ask. Super Mario Bros. 3 from Nintendo. Now you're playing with POWER! (SMB3 NES commercial)

I saw it on my Christmas vacation, we went to some place called The Factory (Somthing like that.), I saw it, played it, toke a picture of it on my cell phone, a.k.a it is freaking awsome!
I'm a horrible person.
