(If there are any ones I'm missing, please tell me, and I shall add them)
So which Girl Scout cookies do you like most? Personally, I love Thin Mints the most, but also really like the Tagalongs and Trefoils.
-
Thin Mints by default, since they're the only ones I've really ever had.
-
Samoas! I eat at least 2 boxes worth every time the Girl Scouts come around.
-
Samoas, do-si-dos, and Tagalongs all win in my book.
-
I don't know. Haven't had any. Girl Scouts annoy me.

Die in a fire.
-
Thin Mints and I can't remember which ones it was that they changed the name to "Caramel Delites".
-
I don't know and never use the real names, besides Thin Mints, which suck and are disgusting.
I like the peanut butter filled chocolate ones, the ones with chocolate on the bottom and some kinda white graham on the top (I think it's Thanks A Lot now?) and the lemon ones.

Besides...
it's not my fault there aren't any in my area.

Thin Mints, Tagalongs, and Do-Si-Dos are the triumvirate of awesome.
-
WHAT?
Chocolate and mint should never have been mixed. Especially in girl scout cookies.
I found out the real names for the good ones: Tagalongs, Thanks-A-Lots, and Lemonades. Samoas are good too, but I don't think my local troop is selling them for some reason. I don't remember seeing them on the list.
-
Uh you do realize that mint chocolate has been around for a heck of a long time right? Like, pre-Girl Scout cookies.
-
I ate two boxes of Thin Mints in one day two days ago. I feel fat, but very, very satisfied. Keep em in the freezer for added OOMPH
-
All Abouts! All Abouts! ALL ABOUTS!
Stupid name. Great taste. I can down a box in one day, and usually do.
I don't like the Thin Mints, something about it doesn't taste right to me. For thin mints, I've always been used to the Keebler "Grasshopper" variety.
-
I don't believe in girl scouts. You believers and your cookies you say is proof... I've never seen one in my life.

Uh, yeah. What I'm saying is, I dislike all mint chocolate, and it's a crime that there are mint chocolate girl scout cookies.
-
Man, I've never even heard of most of those flavors. They must be new or something.
I've always liked the peanut butter patties and the coconut ones. But I haven't had any for a long time because they're way too stinkin' expensive.
And I agree that chocolate and mint don't go together.
-
Thin mints, because there they only ones I have had, And I like mint.

The Peanut Butter Patties are the same as Tagalongs. I used their one word names to make it easier, and I thought everyone knew them by those names. So, I'll list the alternate names for the 6 in my poll:
Thin Mints don't have an alternate name
Tagalongs are also Peanut Butter Patties
Trefoils are also Shortbread
Do-si-dos are also called Peanut Butter Sandwiches or Savannahs
Samoas are also called Caramel DeLites
All Abouts don't have an alternate name.

If it's a crime, then arrest me and the majority of Girl Scout Cookie buyers everywhere now. Thin Mints are the most popular, with 25% of total sales.
-
Thin Mints are okay, but very overrated.
-
Thin Mints are okay, but very overrated awesome.
-
Are there some that don't have mint or peanut butter? Also, are these available in stores? Or can they only be bought from the girl scouts?
-
Lemonades are lemon cookies. I don't think Trefoils have any mint or peanut butter.
Only available from the Girl Scouts.
-
Yeah, Trefoils are just shortbread cookies. Fairly plain, but still delicious.
-
Wait, where's the Macaroons? This looks more like a list of ancient jungle tribes, if you ask me.
Still, though, Thin Mints are okay in small doses (but you gotta love the shortbread).
-
Wait, where's the Macaroons?
As far as I can recall, macaroons aren't a type of GS Cookie. pix plz.

Okay I'm done with the insulting of the name choices on my poll, I was not responsible for the nomenclature of these cookies. I listed the alternate names in an earlier post, if you don't recognize the names on the poll, look there.
-
Hey, I'm not dissing you, I'm dissing the Girl Scouts. They're just names you don't hear a whole lot, that's all.
-
Dunno if it's regional or not, but they still use the correct names here (as opposed to goodie's and ShadowBrain's madness names).
-
Wait, why are they "my" names?
-
After reading the Wikipedia article on Girl Scout cookies (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Girl_Scout_cookie), it would appear that there are different bakeries that make the cookies, and each of them gives the cookies a different name.
-
Fixed.
-
awww, now i want to eat girl guide cookies.
-
WTD is a "girl guide cookie"?
-
they're cookies that girl guides sell. buy a pack next time they come around.
-
Don't worry about it; Cheep Cheep is his first tongue.
-
I could really go for some Samoas right now. Like five boxes, right now.
And after reading the Wikipedia article, I want to live in a NYC suburb:
- Thank U Berry Munch (cranberry-colored box): Cranberries and white fudge chunks. Discontinued in most markets for 2011, but still available in NYC suburbs.[26]
And Thin Mints, duh.
Thin Mints, which suck and are disgusting.
You suck and are disgusting!
-
This makes me sad. We never got a couple boxes of Thin Mints and.. some others that we ordered (we never payed for them, just placed the order..)
-
Canadian Girl Guide cookies only come in chocolate, vanilla or mint:
