I would have gone with Reagan, only because I am a huge supporter of the Devolutionary movement, And I like all the cuts he made. Many of the good things that happened in the 90's were because of what Reagan did in the 80's

It isn't random. It is either Reagan or Carter. It is the Presidential Election on 11/2/80
