I've noticed that sometimes the mushrooms on the board or red or green, what does that mean? And how many times a day do you administrators check the board lol. (Please Delete The Marionut has become our enemy post because that topic is gonna turn very bad if it isnt shut down)

Red is normal, green means there are messages you haven't seen, and the Poison Mushrom (rare) means closed topic. I was trying to close the "Marionut has become our enemy," but there was a glitch and it wouldn't let me do it, so I deleted it instead.
