This is a thread where you can post all of the weird, stupid or just plain annoying ads that you have seen on either TV, websites, or even here at TMK.

I'd imagine that there is someone out there who has friends who would get a real kick out of that. My friends? Maybe.

I don't see any ads on this computer, but on a computer at school and on another forum, I saw an ad for a Muslim dating service.

The Google ads have links that are from words on these pages. It's text-sensitive.

Of course, I blocked these ads a long long time ago, so I can't see them.

Don't think I can get ahold of one now, but I nominate those retarded "DON'T CLICK HERE IF YOU SCARE EASILY" or "WHEN WILL YOU DIE?" banner ads with the cliched horror pics. Who runs those, anyway?

I have no idea, but they usually lead me to a love calculator, which in retrospect is actually pretty scary.

Everytime I put something into that thing it tells me I'm gonna die during the year 2069, which would make me over 80 when I die. I highly doubt I'm going to live that long, but whatever.

Now there's something I don't understand.

You do realize that life expectancy is on the rise, don't you?
That was a joke.

Yeah, I just don't think I'll live that long, regardless of the rise in life expectancy. My diet isn't all that great and a few of my close relatives have died of cancer.

Supposedly somewhere in between 20-30 years from now, the human life expectancy will be increasing more than a year... per year.

Think about that for a second.
