yes, i do. First make sure that the patch and the game are in the same folder as the SNES Tool is. Open the program, then press the letter "U" on your keyboard. On the left side u will see all the .ips files. U can scroll up and down with the arrow keys. Hit "Enter" for the one u want. Then on left, it will be the game files. Select the game file and hit enter. Somewhere on the screen, near the bottom, it should say "IPS patched ok." And that's all the info u should need.
