Okay, this is my first post on the site, and I'd like to know why I can't start a new topic anywhere other than under "Game Help" (which is purely coincidental, considering help is what I need :-) ). Technical support, anyone?

If I remember correctly new accounts won't be able to post new threads until after 10* meaningful/good replies. Some forums such as Not for the Dinner Table won't count though.
Let me/us know if you have problems.
*I could be off on the number, but the general concept is to be a productive member and you will be granted the privilege of making your own new thread. Also, use the search to make sure your thread hasn't already been made.

Uh, is it possible that this new guy is TheColonelKR? I don't want to sound like Joseph McCarthy, but he came back once before.

I have this same problem. So what you're saying is that I have to post ten things here in order to allow my account to the other portions of this website?
