I don't think he's saying the actual movie was a nightmare, or the idea of it being about the Mario Bros was bad, rather the people in charge really made it an unfavorable job to do. The Mario movie is what it is though, and I just wish they'd make a new one, complete with 3D visuals and the voice actors from the game. Put Miyamoto in charge of that, and it'll work out just fine.

I really don't think I can bear hearing Mario talk in full sentences. Or any of the characters, for that matter. If a movie by Miyamoto was made, it would probably be best to get new VAs altogether.

I've felt similarly about Transformers. At another forum I go to, I made a thread about Ratatouille, letting the people there know it was a good movie and that they'd like it if they went to see it. What were the majority of the replies? "I'd rather see Transformers instead". "Transformers is awesome, I'll probably see that instead of Ratatouille and rent Ratatouille when it comes out on DVD", "It probably has NOTHING against Transformers. I'm seeing that."

I seriously feel like, just to bust their chops a little, posting there telling them I hate Transformers and that the movie is probably terrible. Truthfully, I have neutral opinions of Transformers in general, I recall watching the cartoon (was it anime? I can't remember) as a very young child but not being too crazy about it.

I can't help but wonder what other forums you visit, Vid. I guess it's because I'm so used to just seeing you on the FF. A user at another forum I go to currently has a sig saying to go see the movie. I'll watch it.

Happy birthday, Pt_Peach.
I'm happy that I got to see the release dates for Brawl (December 3), and Galaxy (November 14), with other stuff (like the steering wheel accessory to be packed in with Mario Kart Wii) on G4's Live E3 coverage.

PL. you do realize that as soon as TS movie is out, Fox will anounce a FG movie? It's just comon sense, they'd be no Family Guy if it wasn't for Simpsons. Just like they'd be no Sonic if Mario wasn't invented.

I doubt it. I like Family Guy, but I hate the way FOX treats it. You can tell they like The Simpson's a lot more. This is just a way of making money from new DVDs.

It could be anything. But I doubt it'll just be Bowser. That just sounds lazy. Plus if it was just him, they (the developers) would have no reason for not telling us sooner. If Bowser is indeed in the game, I'd like him to do what he did in the last two Paper Mario games. I really preferred him doing that role. I could see a cutscene of Mario running into a space castle of Bowser's in the game, actually.

I beat the Pit of 100 Trials in Super Paper Mario. All thanks to Luigi's awesome Super Jump. Honestly, I didn't think I'd actually play it this weekend, but I did and got my reward. The Pit seriously has me hooked on the game again.
