As I recall, Nintendo mainly got a low score because they had better things to do than answer Greenpeace's phone calls, and Greenpeace was too lazy to read Nintendo's website. I think.

PETA would also be on Mario's case for his sensless Koopa-killing rampages which he jusitfies in the name of Princess Peach... Every time. However, he'd get points for his strict vegan dietary regimen of mushrooms, nuts, syrups and pasta.

Ah, true dat. Mind you, practically everything in the Marioverse has eyes, from hills to clouds to blocks. Fun fact: The traditional white-on-red Super Mushroom is allegedly based on the mildly-toxic Amanita Muscaria.

EDIT: We should form a lynch mob against Lizard Dude, WarpRattler and CrossEyed7 for killing coloured font. I'll supply the torches and pitchforks.

Yeesh, from how it looks I think that mushroom already screams "I'm deadly". I guess we know why there's an Amanita enemy in Super Mario RPG then. I hated those guys, they always attacked you twice in one turn.
