First actual screenshot!

Looks like they might actually make it look different!

(New Super Mario Bros. U is  an official name, by the way)

I'm digging that SMW-inspired background structure.

I was watching the stream. When I saw that I thought "Gee, maybe CE7 will stop *****ing about the graphics now"

I'm a terrible guy. It's true.

I'm sure I'll still find things to complain about (like how the level still ends with a flag), but this looks really nice.

22:32: "OK, being a flying squirrel is WAY more fun than it should be!"
"A baby Yoshi that balloons up to carry you? Too cute!"

I like how Iwata says "tekist."

Those bottom-screen Mii messages are really gay.

I doubt anyone named Catherine could clear a Mario level in under 100 seconds.

I gotta say, that mountain is flippin' huge.  It looks almost inconsistent with the rest of the background.

Other than the background though, everything else looks pretty much the same as NSMBWii. Guess CE7 will have a field day with it after all.

It's the Fortress of Solitude. It's going to crush Peach's Castle. Look.

Not if Mario saves her from her own castle first. These screenshots are actually from the last level.
Kinopio is the ultimate video game character! Who else can drive a kart, host parties, play tennis, give good advice and items, and is almost always happy??

This man still knows what he's talking about.

Meanwhile, if this is a separate game from NSMB2 *and* NSMBM, I am literally going to damage something or someone.

No, he doesn't. Maybe you two should stop being dumb*** sexist ****s in every possible thread. I'm about ready to quit for the same reason as CoconutMikeNIke. Reading the Fungi Forums makes me sick to my stomach daily since it became a nonstop barrage of ******bag misogynistic assclowns like you and WeeGee.

I didn't know you had a girlfriend now, LD.

Are my eyes playing tricks on me, or is that warp pipe slanted? You don't see that very often.
