Since nothing has been mentioned on Super Mario Advance 3, let's share our ideas on what it should be like:

1. Super Mario Bros. 3: You can play "Classic" or "Modern".  The modern version has updated graphics and voice chips, while the classic is the original game.

2. Should have some resemblance to SMBDX.  For instance it should have "Records" and the "Photo Album".

3. After beating each world, a new Mini-game goes into the Mini-Game shop.
After World 1: Mario Bros. Classic
World 2: Donkey Kong
World 3: Donkey Kong Jr.
World 4: Wrecking Crew
World 5: Mario Racers
World 6: Mario Slot Machine
World 7: Mario Pinball
World 8: Mario Arkanoid

The theme should be:

Single Player
Multiplayer (Mario Bros. Battle again)

"Super Mario Bros. 3"

then three things at bottom:

"Records"
"Photo Album"
"Mini-game Shop"

Those are great ideas! But why didn't ''Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2'' have extra features in it?
People who like video games should also like Nintendo. People who don't like Nintendo obviously don't like video games.

Nintendo got lazY?

Microsoft X-Box unanimously voted "Worst Game Console There Ever Was And Ever Will Be"
Why is the word ''dictionary'' in the dictionary? If you don't know what a dictionary is, you wouldn't know to look in the dictionary to find the definition of dictionary.

Tell Nintendo to get rid of their "Lazy Shells" (from SMRPG) and get to work!

An extremly rare and valuable Yoshi!

I've got an Idea!
There should be something like "You vs. Boo" and "SMB3 for Super Players" on SMA3! You know, like a Boo race in SMB3 Levels and a Lost Levels-esque version of the game! They put all that work in SMBDX, so why don't they do that here?
I sorta like remakes. You know, it's much cheaper to buy SMW2 or SMRPG for GBA instead of the SNES> they cost like $60-$80 for one, when a GBA game costs $30-$40. Right?

My picks:

SMA3  will be SMB3 in its All-Stars version with added:

1) Rotating things. I dunno what, but something will rotate to show how good is the GBA to made stuff going around.

2) Some colors will change to be more viewable on the GBA screen (ie dark brown will become black...)

3) "five for a life"  (get five "something" to get an 1UP)

4) Yoshi reference.  Maybe there will Yoshi himself in the game or at least its eggs.

5) new requirement to get the treasure ship

It's-a penalty kick!

Nintendo got lazy?

The thing is more like "Can Nintendo actually put all of those things on a GameBoy Advance game?".
