Dude,
The only reason you're saying that is because you dont KNOW me!
If you live in the scarborough area in ontario, we can set up a little place to meet!

err...unless you're actually serious about...

anyway, getting back to the original topic, try using isopropyl ethelene or whatever the hell its called. you know, rubbing alcohol! a lotta people tell me after a while the rubbing alcohol screws up the connectors, but its never happened to me...and  if it did, i could just by another nes any day I want for like 2.99 CANADIAN!

Here's the best way to fix the blinking NES problem. Unfortunately, it might be too hard for some people.

First, open the NES. Then take off the metal thingy. Then remove the thingy that you push down to load the game. Then remove the actual connector. Remove the connector from a Game Genie and solder it into the original connector's place. Put it all back together. Now your NES should work good all the time. Also, now you don't need to push down on the game after you stick it in.

MARIO: This isn`t a cake, Luigi. It`s a Super Block!
LUIGI: Too bad, I was hungry.
(Mario smashes block and gets Super Leaf.)

Umm... cleaning kits are a lot easier, cheaper, there's no chance of totally screwing the system up...
That was a joke.
