How many inventions does that guy at the Starbeans Cafe give you? Is it 6 or 7?

7, 1 for each drink you make.

What happens after you make every drink? Nothing special?

You get an item called GameBoy Horror SP. The description of it is: "Always win rare items from battle!!" But, the change in what you get is not apparent.

c) The correct answer is always "c".  It's the question I usually get wrong.

I wish there was more insentive for me to replay Mario and Luigi.

Aside from it being a really fun game, for play or replay?

Oh, I'm sorry... the correct answer is D. (Have you realized that ALMOST always, if there is and "All Of The Above" choice, it's right. That happens 99.9% of the time)

I got the game two days ago, and it is one of the coolest games I've played in a while. Although, it appears that I've already almost beaten it. Bah. Still, an amazing game.

There are plenty of times that I thought I had almost beaten it. But new stuff always seemed to pop up.

Exactly. That's the fun of it. You think it's ending, but...BAM! Something else pops up! (No, I am not acting like Emeril when he salts something)

My save file has 15 hours on it and I am currently semi-stuck on the fight against Fawful where he hides in that dome and you can't hit him until it overheats. And he shoots the lasers that are not avoided with easiness.

Erm... ya.

You know that you have to provoke him before he overheats, right?
It may be ovious, but if you missed it...  well, it's important.

Hmmm overHEATING. If only somebody had some FIRE based BROS. attack, you could get him to come out of the dome. Ah, well, too bad...

My problem was I thought it was Fawful's attacks which caused the dome to overheat. It did occur to me to use the Firebrand attack to try and faciliate the overheating, but I didn't notice any real difference.

What actually helped me is that I equipped Mario with that item that enables him to jump for a longer period of time. I got hit A LOT less.

I am now on the fight against Cackletta (The "internal" form) but I got wasted after disocvering that her attacks seemed to get a lot more powerful as the fight went on. I plan to lose purposely and go back to the town for better equipment and more items -- I have something like 6,000 coins.

Thats gotta be like 600,000,000,000,000in mushroom kingdom coins. Mario and Luigi are gonna be super multi-trillionaires.

I used Chopper Bros. and then Fawful did his spinny orb attack thing and overheated. Unless Fire Bros. makes him overheat before the orb attack thing, Chopper Bros. works just as well.

The Andorian Mining Consortium runs from no one.

I have determined that the Mushroom Kingdom's economy is disasterous, and wickedly unstable.

In the beginning of the game, 100 Mushroom coins were 10 BeanBean coins. In the middle of it, 99,999,999,999,999 (I think that was the number) Mushroom coins were 99 BeanBean coins, an inflation of about 1,000,000,000x. If the princess getting kidnapped really messes up the economy that much, I (Or, better still, an imaginary version of me living in Mario's world at the time) could make a HUGE fortune hoarding BeanBean coins and exchanging them for Mushroom coins when the princess is kidnapped, then re-exchanging after Mario/Luigi/Booster (You never know) saves her.

Wow, that was a bit tangential.

I used most of my health restoration items on Bowletta, thinking that he/she was the final boss, so all I had was three mushrooms, a max shroom and a super mushroom... and you start off with 1 hp, so I lost... and had forgotten to save for the last three koopalings and Fawful because I was coming out realatively unharmed, so I had to do all that over again... which I did....

With Cackletta's second form, I am left a cruel Catch-22. If I equip the items with the best defense, then Cackletta will attack first. With both brothers at 1 HP and my inability to time jumping dodges, I have yet to survive the initial attack. On the other hand, if I equip Mario with that item that allows him to always attack first, Mario's defense goes way down and he gets KO'ed too easily.

My solution: Keep raising the Brothers' levels until their speed is naturally higher than Cackletta's. If it is possible/feasible, that is.

In case you haven't noticed, to defeat Cackleta (inside Bowser):
1.One arm has a critical reaction to Mario's hand attack
2.The other arm has a critical reaction to Luigi's hand attack
3.Her head has a critical reaction to Fire Bros.
4.Don't use hand attacks on her heart, that GIVES her heart more HP back
5.The only way to defeat her is to attack her heart
6.1-up Supers, Super Syrup, Ultra/Max mushrooms, and Ultra/Max nuts all make defeating Cackleta a lot easier

I have this amazingly super talent or luck, whichever, that whenever I face the final boss in a game, I tend to beat it on the first or second time. For Cackletta's final form, I beat her on the second form while at Level 31. What am I, lucky, or just good at avoiding attacks?

Level 31 at Bowletta/Cackletta's Spirit(or whatever) is average, but you're probably  good at evading.

I noticed 1, 2, 5, and 6. I tend to eschew Fire Bros, because I never do that much damage with it. I never used a hand attack on the heart; I'd always bash it with the Bros. Attacks.

Both my characters are at level 35 (!) and I am still having problems. As I said, I have a very hard time with jump dodges, and a good majority of Cackletta's attacks are jump-based. I've lost about 8 times now.

I'm bad with evading, so... That's a major liability for me.

Chopper Bros. and Cyclone Bros. the heart. Put the Exite spring on one of the Bros. so they can stay a float a little. The Fire Ring jump attack is easy just make the Bros. jump every second or so. You'll get the beat eventually.
