I'm almost inclined to just buy Kirby's Adventure for NES because I can get it for just about the same price, if not less, and on the original console to boot.
That was a joke.

I've got a few VC games, considering the fact that I have no Genesis or NES. For one, I have Comix Zone, which is a lot of fun, but it really only works with the classic controller (Which I also own), even though you can use a Gamecube I also have Urban Champion, which is decent, but not the best VC game I have. Just for kicks, I bought SM64, since I love it so much and I'm really lazy, so I find this type of thing very convenient. Gunstar Heroes seems to be the most popularly downloaded game here, and for good reason. It's a lot of fun. I also love Sonic the Hedgehog. All in all, I find it that the Genesis was indeed a pretty good system. Not better than the SNES, though.

Heh, I was thinking, PS1 games would work kinda well on the VC...

Wait... I'm not sure that makes sense?!
I guess it'd be the same price and you wouldn't have to blow in the cart...
yeah...
I want Mario RPG!
Hey, wazzap? It's the Phred-guy! Isn't that nifty?

Super Mario RPG, Paper Mario, and the original Super Smash Bros!

Also, a thought just occured to me: I remember hearing something about Nintendo producing original 2D sidescrollers that were Virtual Console exclusive. When do you think we will start seeing those?

Dear Phred, I don't own Kirby's Adventure at all right now.
I was saying I should just buy the NES cart.
I don't blow in cartridges. Anymore.
That was a joke.

I recently picked up Kid Icarus. It's pretty freakin' hard, but I keep coming back for more.

I've got Bonk's Adventure, Mario Bros and F-Zero. They're pretty awsome, but I plan to get Kid Icuras and Ubrban Champion (among many others) when I get more points.

I added today's new games to the poll and updated my votes.

Updated list.  I'll probably get Chew Man Fu and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time sometime.

Hmmmm, getting Sonic the Hedgehog will most likely expand your collection of diffrent ports, this would be your 13th or maybe 14th copy...

I don't have any copies of Sonic the Hedgehog.  I've played the original and two portable versions, but didn't much care for either.  I very much preferred SMB.  I'm currently on an Adventure Island kick though.  It's not quite as good as SMB, but I recommend it.

I got Kid Icarus.  It said that the Wii doesn't support the password system in the game though.  Yet there are still passwords and a place to enter them.  What did it mean then?
This is a secret coded message.

Some of the passwords from the NES version won't work in the VC version. The password

KidKid Icarus
KidKid Icarus

won't work, for example. I've tried it and it told me there was an error. I've just been assuming that no passwords would work.. if you need to save your game for later, press the Home button on the Wii-mote, press the Wii Menu tab on the screen, and allow the system to reload the Home menu before you turn it off/switch games.
