i have always wanted that the stuff in videogames happened in real life.

stuff like having an arm cannon like samus's

being able to shoot fire balls like mario

being able to breath fire like bowser

and like being able to do speacial shots like in mario hoops or mario baseball

If you have any other things that are in video games that you wish we're in real life.

I'll certainly admit to wanting an arm cannon (not necessarily Samus's), and also telekinesis. Telekinesis was the only reason I used Mewtwo for a time in SSBM.

Sure, sure, fire's fun, but when you think about it, telekinesis is really the ultimate "kinesis." You could start fires if you had enough telekinetic power-- simply by generating enough friction. You could also stop fire in its tracks with telekinesis-- by opening up a vacuum barrier.

That makes me wonder: is there freeze-o-kinesis, or whatever? Presumably, with telekinesis, you could, like, reform ice molocules and make ice crystals to freeze stuff, but I've never heard of it.

It would be nice if for my 10th birthday, my parents and some old guy handed me a capsule ball with a little monster inside and a s mall digital device, and then tell me I'm to leave on a journey the very next day, with absolutely no supervision and no gurantee of my safety, then I could just travel the continent looking for other people to battle, eventually making my way to the top and becoming the regional champion.

Oh, and if I came upon some cute girl on my journey and wanted her to myself, I'd just fry her bike because that's always a surefire way to win them over make friends.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

The gun looks cooler in the actual game, where it looks a bit more rough-around-the-edges. Talking about this reminds me of how my brother and I used to argue about which is better: a wrist cannon, or arm cannon. I won by making him realize that you didn't need amputation to get an arm cannon.

First of all, it's Mega Man, not Megaman, unless it's the Battle Network games, in which case it's MegaMan.EXE.

Second, if Mega Man touches spikes, it's a one-hit kill. What environmental hazards (or anything else, for that matter) can you think of (in a one-player game; I know what happens if you jump off the edge in multiplayer MP2/MPH) that destroy Samus in one hit?

Those so-called "statistics" don't prove anything. All it proves is that you like Master Chief more than the other two.

I could easily do the same darn thing:

Samus: 5070

Megaman: 70

Master Chief: -50

STOP WITH THE STUPID NUMBERS.

Since you seem so obsessed with them, here are some somewhat less biased numbers, based mainly on ability:

Master Chief: 6000

Mega Man: 7000

Samus: 7000

Samus and Mega Man both have strengths and weaknesses, and these happen to balance evenly (Mega Man may be more powerful at some point, but the whole "spikes" thing kinda sucks). Master Chief is powerful, but I wouldn't put him up there with the other two.

Even though they have absolutely nothing to do with this argument, here are my numbers for some other stuff, just to make a comparison:

Roll: 2750

The Metamo Ark: 6000

Isaac (from Lost Magic) with access to every rune: 3500

Warp Rattler/Vic Viper: 6500 (it would be higher if it didn't suffer from OHKS, though it could probably take out Samus and Mega Man at the same time if it was properly shielded, had 4 options, and had piercing lasers)

I'm not saying I'm right. In fact, I'm probably quite wrong, and I'll have people jumping down my throat because my numbers don't match up with theirs. However, I'm just trying to be as fair as I can be here. Again, this is pretty much based on ability, not on how much I like them or how awesome they are.

Well I can't be sure it's more powerful since they haven't ever coexisted in a game. I was mainly thinking Mega Buster vs. single charge thing for Samus. But I don't know if she might be able to get upgrades later because I haven't ever finished a Metroid game.
That was a joke.

Besides, I hate Samus. If you notice in my last post (the one with the numbers) she's at the top. I didn't put Megaman at the top (with the highest number) because that would just prove that I was doing the same thing as Glorb.

I just didn't want to seem like I was putting him at the top with a ridiculously high number because I liked him better. When I put Samus at the top, I was doing so in a random manner; Joe Blow off the street could do the same thing that Glorb did because he's a fanboy of a certain character. Basically, I'm trying to say that the numbers weren't necessary; Glorb could've given reasons as to why Master Chief would win without the so-called statistics.

I'm just a tad irritated that Warp Rattler thinks I'm supporting the number thing.

It all depends on the conditions. Is Samus allowed to use the morph ball and, by extension, bombs? What about missiles? Is Mega Man allowed to use all the weapons he's obtained from the bosses, or what? For that matter, how much ammo is Master Chief allowed to carry? What about grenades? Is he allowed to drive the Warthog, or any other vehicle?

But back on topic, I'd like to be a robot that transforms into an Ancient Egyptian pyramid, and vice versa. I'm not sure if that's from any game, but it still sounds awesome.
