Nintendo games that come out Monday don't show up in stores until Tuesday at the earliest.

Also, too bad Wario MoD isn't supposed to be very good.
That was a joke.

Too bad Wario MoD isn't very good.

I bought it yesterday and what I've played so far pretty much sucked. The tutorials are too long/slow and the platforming is too simple.  It may get better on later levels, but the drawing to switch suits doesn't work well so far.

Anyone played Rayman DS or Spectrobes?

I just realized that Stargate Atlantis Seasons 2 came out this week.

I'm starting to realize that my "sources" miss more and more stuff.

I never liked Atlantis quite as much as SG1, but SG1 was indeed pretty elderly, in comparison to some other great sci-fi shows. When you say "this week," when exactly are you referring to?

I just noticed that Spectrobs (DS) isn't on your list either.  I preordered it, but only got Wario.  :(

I'm still curious about Rayman too.

Is God of War II the last good PS2 game?

(Probably not.)

Elderly?

Elderly as in old. They've had a good number of seasons, but their actors are aging, and you've got to admit, the series is seriously missing more than just an actor without O'Neil.

Yeah, probably not. Perhaps they make a sequel to Guitar Hero 2 or Shadow of the Colossus? The latter would presumably come out on PS3 but you never know, maybe Guitar Hero 3 could hit PS2. Easier than re-programming for PS3 or whatever.

A sequel to Shadow of the Colossus?

I may be wrong, but isn't that game meant to be the events taking place before Ico?

I think so, but we're talking chronological release and not using terms such as "prequel".

Also, Guitar Hero III is definitely coming to PS2, and also 360 (since it got II). I bet a PS3 version comes out too. But they said they're not abandoning PS2. Think how many people bought the guitars, so late in the PS2 lifespan. Think how many people own PS2s. There is still money to be made.

The questionable thing is how the new development team will fare at making a worthy sequel.
