How do you defeat that annoying toad in slot car derby ? In the mini-game raft place ?

Not on the actual game! I mean where you go to practice mini-games. At the goal you race him and two others in slot car derby. THis isn't some kind of Luigi in SM64 thing.

I don't recall racing Toad ever...

Yeah, you do race Toad at the end.  I forget which MP game it's in though of the 3.  I haven't been able to beat him yet either, just wanted to back you up . . . no, you're not nuts.  ^^

I knew it ! And, just yesterday I beat him, after what seemed like 1000 losses. It's in Mario Party 1. Thanks for the back-up.

On Mario party 3,I saw a pic of Some partners in slotcar derby raceing toad.
What the heck is happening in that?
And do you race toad in Mp2?

Yup. When you take the raft to minigame island, you have to beat all of the minigames and make it to the very end of the mini game island area. Then, you end up on a cloud, and Toad shows up and you have to beat him and two other cpu players. It's really really really hard, but I did beat him. He gave me the bumper balls maze 1 minigame, and then Koopa Troopa gave me the bumper balls maze 2 minigame. It was sweet...
