Kings of Mario Bros. 3

I'm writing a fanfic and I wanted to ask if anybody could tell me what king corresponds to what country in Super Mario Bros. 3.  It's been so long since I've played it I don't even remember anymore ^_^().

Anyway, I'd really appreciate it.
