I was messing with a music program on my Mac called GarageBand.
It's my first try, so I hope you enjoy it!

The thing you attached is not an MP3 file.  You really need to learn how to use file formats properly.

Even I couldn't figure out what to do with your file. And I have a Mac and GarageBand and everything.

It's AIFF.  I had to use a Hex Editor to figure this out.
