I'm definitely like Toad.
I let others do my work for me.

In Super Demo World all the levels in Boo's World have a time of 666.  Coincidence, I think not.

Mario Chat / Re: Mario anime does exist!
« on: May 05, 2006, 09:47:27 AM »
Interesting, not exactly Cowboy Bebop but I probably would have liked it when I was four.

A fan anime would be pretty cool as long as its not too serious.  Mario was never about the story.

I was wondering if they were going to do another mario show.  With Sonic, Kirby, F-Zero, and Viewtiful Joe getting their own shows you think Mario would get some action.  Unfortunately, Mario's not as popular with the kids as he was in '87, but one can always hope.

If your referring to power sliding, all you have to do is hold R during a turn and alternate pressing left and right until the dust your kicking up turns red, then release the R button.

However, I think you a referring to the seemingly random "mini-boost" that seems to come out of nowhere.  As far as I can tell if you drive straight for a certain amount of time you eventually activate the boost, but I'm not sure.

If they took away Mario's overalls, how could he still be a plumbers?
I say he should be buried in those old blue overalls.

Toad: "Whoa, Mario, you just can't go out there arms swinging.  Who do you think you are Bruce Lee?"

While it might not be an exact quote, its still the funniest dialouge ever.

Dexter (Dexter's Laboratory)

Everyone loves a crazy, short, russian kid with a weird accent and a lab-or-ai-tory.

Definitely looking cool, the launch date is May 15 by the way ( I didn't see it posted here).  My only gripe is that once again Luigi is snuffed into a barely used 2 player mode, tis a shame.

Video Game Chat / Re: Most underrated games

Probably the most underrated game of recent years was Battalion Wars.  It was a short game, but it mixed third person shooting with Real Time Strategy flawlessly.

Y'know what'd be really cool? FireRed/LeafGrean ON THE GAMECUBE. And no, I don't mean Gameboy Player. I mean an actual Gamecube version of FireRed/LeafGreen. As in FR/LG combined with Colosseum/XD action.
I completely agree with that.  I honestly don't know why Nintendo has this huge paranoia about putting a normal pokemon game on consoles.  I guess they think stuff like Pokemon TV and Pokemon Snap are better suited for the consoles, which is kind of stupid.

Game Help / Re: Yoshi's Island world 1 extra help!!!!!!!!!!

One last bit of help.
When you get to the Ball and Chain launch an egg at the three coins underneath it.  It is significantly easier then trying to pick them up while dodging the trap.

Game Help / Re: Can anyone help me get these last Yoshi coins??
« on: April 28, 2006, 01:41:45 PM »
Alas their is only one coin in the Chocolate Secret Level, why they put any in is beyond me.
I do have a question about the GBA version, however.  Are there dragon coins in the fortress or is it like the SNES version and they don't have any.
