1) The subject of requesting songs for WTMK came up in the chatroom, and I thought this would be the best place to hear what people want to hear on WTMK.

2) I have Mario Golf (N64 and GC) music ready. But, because Nintendo didn't release any soundtracks, the music is recorded from the game, which means the bird-chirping and other background sound effects are present. My question to you, is, would the SFX be too distracting, or should I go ahead and put up the Mario Golf music already? (There is one track up with sound effects, if you've heard it you know what I mean.)

The sound effects would be fine with me.

If it matters, I like the original material better than straight OST stuff. The weirder, the better.

Yeah. The sound effects are fine. No one will care. I sugest you put on some Super Mario OC Remixes. There's quite a few of 'em.
Oh! And I found this awesome song called "Super Mario Sleigh Ride." It's a Jazz Mix of various Super Mario Bros. and Christmas songs. It'd be perfect for the upcoming Holiday season!

No OC unless they are "very" good quality, like the Dr. Fruitcake. The Christmas one might be cool, though.

You should put some of the wtmk playlists from the distant past in zip folders for downloading.

Another question.  How could I record music from a video game, and put it on my computer?

"SMW Credits Theme" and more SMS stuff. And if it doesn't upset everyone too much less WarioWare music.

Nah. THe Wario Ware Inc. songs are fine. THere really aren't that many. Just the Opening Theme Song, Dr. Crygor's THeme, and Dribble and Spitz's radio. Also, you should put more Paper Mario and Super Mario RPG songs up.

Meowrik was just kidding.
He hates Wario Ware music and he doesn't want Paper Mario or Mario RPG music on.
He wants the Mario Party music toned down a bit too.

Note: TheEggMan was using sarcasm in his last thread. Mario Party music is also fine. Also try putting on some more Mario Kart 64 music.

Jman, you'd need a stereo RCA jack to minijack adapter, and then you could plug that into your sound card's input port, and then you could record.
Basically.

As for OCRs, I vote the less, the better. More official arrangements or better yet, the original music.
I have no requests at this time.
