Hello.  Does anyone else think it would be nice if the message box were a little bigger?  'Just wondering.

I think it's fine, how is it too small?

 I'm able to deal with it as it is now, but making it bigger wouldn't hurt, either.

 It's not something I would go out of my way to do, if I ran the boards, but it's not a bad idea.

This really isn't a bad idea, but it might take a lot of work to adjust all the input frames.

Wow. Someone made a "forum improvement" suggestion that didn't have anything to do with  adding avatars. Way to go DeadAwake!

I think that this a  good suggestion. But, it is only a cosmetic improvement, and not NECESSARY, only SUGGESTED. Plus there is talk of a new forum format anyways.

I still think having twinkly stars on the top of the page would be awesome...

Not a bad suggestion at all, DeadAwake.

I better cut you off here, taking an overdose of Markio can be dangerous.

Thanks, guys.  :)  I just think it would be nice to see more text at once--and to make the edit box look more like an actual post as you're typing it.

From what I saw in the page source, the text within the message box should be Arial already. I wonder why it isn't...

I still think nuclear subs would be a good addition

While you're at it you could add an "ignore user" feature.  <half sarcasm>

<tr>
<td noWrap vAlign="top"><font face="Arial, Helvetica" size="2">Message:</font>
</td>

<td><textarea cols="45" name="Message" rows="6" wrap="VIRTUAL"></textarea><p>
<font face="Arial, Helvetica" size="2">

Analysis: The part where it says "Message:" is in Arial, then it stops.  Then it goes into the text area where you enter your post, and then it returns to Arial to continue the page.
EDIT: This didn't survive the SMF transition at all.  Fixed.
