Theres 151 stars to get it you need to: 1. Go into the Haunted House course using Mario
2. Go into the house.
3. Go upstarirs.
4. Go into the second door on the right
5. Open the ? box
6. Float upto the top platform
7. Go into the door
8. (Using the previous steps, this is also how to get the star for "Big Boo's Balcony" and "Eye to Eye in the Secret Room") Jump into the picture with Luigi's face on it.
9. Go into the door on your right. (For those of you of don't know their right and lefts, right is that way ---------->)
10. Collect both of the red coins in this room. (You can kill the eyeball if you want to) Go into the door.
11. You should reappear into the first room. Collect the red coin and now turn around without going onto the spinning disc.
12. Go into the door on your left (that laughing is getting pretty annoying by now isn't it?)
13. You should reappear in the second room again. Go into the door on your left.
14. Notice, there are two red coins in this room. One on the platform to your right, and one in the top right corner of the room. DO NOT get the one in the corner. Get the one on the right and go into the door.
15. You will reappear in another room, but don't worry because this is the last room of the maze. (meaning that all the rooms in front of it won't send you back to the beginning) Jump onto every elevator, collecting 1-ups and red coins as you go (DO NOT KILL THE GHOSTS), and go into the third door (the one that was on your left when you first came into the room).
16. Go back into the door you just came through.
17. Use the elevators and get the Wario hat.
18. Go back into the third door.
19. Punch open the block and collect the red coin, now wait and let a Boo ghost get you, to turn you back into Mario, but DO NOT FALL DOWN otherwise you will go back to the beginning of the maze.
20. Now it doesn't matter if you kill the enemies or not. Go back into the third room again, to take ONE elevator, and go through the door. You will find yourself in the second room again
21. Make sure that you have seven red coins before doing this next step. Hit the ? block in the middle of the room to turn Mario fat. Press B over and over again to make him float up to get the final red coin.
22. Go back into the fourth room.
23. If you look closely at the way the star spins you may be able to make out, a second star.
24. Get close to the star and jump, to make sure you only get one of them, this will NOT take you out of the stage.
25. Jump and get the second star. You will NOT be taken out of the stage.
26. There you go! You just got two Power Stars, and for those of you who are going to take on King Big Boo, remember to use the mirror.
or
1. Go to Luigi's painting level using Mario.
2. Collect 7 red coins. Leave the first red coin in the first room.
3. Once u collect 7 red coins, enter a trap door that leads u back to first room. Collect the last red coin in the first room.
4. Continue toward the correct path until u reach the room containing the star.
- Once u complete this, there should be 2 stars instead of one.
