I've gotten all the way up to Phase 32... My highest score (I think...) was in the 10 thousands range (maybe a little higher).

Mario Bros. mode in Super Mario Advance is SO FRICKING HARD! Especially when you get to level 20... the Ice Crystals fall from the pipes and can kill you in an instant! Also, in some levels, the floors are frozen, which makes it even harder to stop running due to less traction...
