A neogaf poster is claiming that retailers across Germany already began selling their copies of Mario Kart Wii. He's got a picture to prove at least one has been sold. The best news out of this is that the game won't just be sold in a sleeve, rather with a full case. A possible spoiler-rific thread is linked below, so proceed with caution.

Link's Crossbow Training and Wii Sports got standard cases in Europe, but cardboard envelopes in the U.S. Though, Mario Kart Wii is more of its own game and less of an added bonus to what you're really buying.
