Oftentimes, they're referred to as "shrines". I'm talking about websites dedicated solely to the awesomeness of a single video game series. Post 'em! I've been around for a while, so I have a nice, concentrated list--but I'm definitely interested in new places.
Only post a site if you think it's got something unique to offer.
Anyway, here are what I've found to be the best sites for various games. Please understand this isn't my life mission or anything, so there might be some that lack in quality to another well-known site:
Someone will probably cite the Metroid Database or Zelda Headquarters; those are also good.

I think that Metroidguide.com would make a suitable rival for that other one.

I like www.ninjaturtles.com for the TMNT series, but that's more of the general series including TV and comic books. www.gamespot.com is good for game reviews.
