Does anyone know what the Wario & Waluigi Court's tune is a remix of (if anything)?

Never mind, I found it out. It's from the first level of Wario Land 3 in the daytime.

I have a question, what game is the song played on WTMK before the Yoshi Story rap from? You know, the weird repetitive one.
