I found what's wrong with the pic. It's not Weegee, and there's no tail. (I know because there used to be a transparent raccoon tail in the screenshot until I shopped it out.)

The 2008 Olympics have not started yet, but it is the real logo. The Blue and Yellow rings are switched. (And the Yellow one is slightly discolored.)

I don't know how much of an upgrade he got for Brawl, I guess. If he received rocket propulsion, he probably received some flexibility as well.

Actually, the answer was supposed to be that the tagline had already been used, but you get extra credit for going even deeper.

Another possible answer was that the "offer void in Utah" was a rather insanely obscure reference to the MST3K movie, reminding one that this movie would probably have been great for the show, but it's been cancelled for almost 10 years, which is very wrong. I didn't expect anyone to get that one, though.

And Glorb is also technically right, as the source image from Wikipedia was from the checkerboard article. I didn't check the chessboard article, which is apparently separate, for a picture.

Yah. I like how the G-Man's face is crazy stretchy. It's funny how a character who shows so little emotion can have a face twice as expressive as the other characters (probably because of his intro/outtro close-up monologues).

Close enough. The picture actually is 1024 x 1024 pixels, because the guy that made the website just jammed a huge picture into a tiny space instead of making an actual tiny picture for the tiny space.

The underwires should go under, not over. Also the thick straps should go to the back and the thin straps behind the neck. It's also inside-out because the thick straps should be underneath the wire with this type of design.

Some things on it don't line up quite right, but if everything lined up to a grid, everything would be in the right places. Level 4 is up in the clouds, and there are two hammer bros. on the console just like there are in the game.

There is not one person on any of the bases, and the guy you are speaking of is a base coach or a umpire. And if that were a runner, he would be stealing third not second. So that's definitely not right.

Furthermore, the way Bowser's tearing through the TV suggests it's a large facade made of paper, in turn suggesting Mario and his roommates are too poor to actually afford a TV that big. And for some reason, Bowser was hiding in the big empty space behind it.

So you can all stop suspecting I was in my default glowy orange humanoid form. I don't even have one of those.
