Title: Guess what Nintendo will announce at VGX?

In a recent GT.TV episode Reggie Fils-Aime teased, “We may be making an appearance, we may have something special" at the Dec. 7th VGX.

A huge character announcement for SSB4, a since unheard of Mario or Zelda or Kirby or Metroid game, a completely new IP.. Those are my guesses.

Actually they confirmed Cranky Kong for Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, which I have now officially dubbed...

But golly gee whiz...forget that. Goddarn was that show an overall disaster. The only one perhaps suited to doing a live show was a contemptuous, diaper-obsessed, and deadpan microphone hog, and the GTAV concert was the worst final "note" imaginable.

I watched just for Reggie's reveal. Even those thirty minutes were painful, but I deluded myself into thinking he'd have something actually big to show...

This isn't a new thing, is it? I gotta be honest, I don't think I'd heard of VGX until this year... and then everybody was getting hyped up about some alleged Nintendo reveal, and it sounds like all we got was some limp information about a couple of already-announced games. And the expected GTAV ****fest.

You're implying CRANKY KONG COUNTRY was not "actually" big? HMMM?
